The OC-HQ-4000 series automatic bottle blowing machine is a high-efficiency solution from our factory. This model features a 4-cavity mold, capable of producing four bottles simultaneously. It is designed for blowing various PET plastic containers and beverage bottles, including carbonated soft drinks, mineral water, pure water, juice, edible oil, and cosmetic bottles.

  • ▪ Equipped with infrared ruby lamps, the machine ensures strong penetration and high baking efficiency. This helps heat the molded parts uniformly, significantly saving energy—up to 40%—by reducing power consumption during production.
  • The Bottle Blowing Machine uses a combination valve for rapid air delivery, enhancing the output and productivity of your bottling line.
  • Automatic detection function: with automatic alarm, automatic fault detection and determination of kinetic energy, scrap rate ≤ 0.2%.

Closed hopper storage and bottle preform lifting can reduce the contamination of the bottle preform twice. It incorporates robotic arms for bottle loading and unloading, reducing the need for manual labor. It also features an integrated air delivery system, allowing direct connection to the filling machine, saving at least 2-3 manual operators.

Utilizing a single-pass preform process, this system offers low costs and convenient maintenance. It effectively prevents surface scratching and sticking on the bottle preforms. The servo-driven preform system ensures higher precision and speed. It solves the issue of preform misalignment during indexing. Additionally, the system features an automatic manipulator claw with optical fiber positioning for precise and rapid preform handling.

The cycle times for pre-blow and final blow are fully adjustable. To accommodate various preform specifications and bottle designs, each stretching rod can be configured independently, offering high operational flexibility.

The system utilizes a rotary heating and conveying method, which reduces energy consumption while significantly improving heating speed and quality. The infrared heating system consists of four independent heating zones, each of which is controlled separately.
