Water Treatment Product Description

Industrial Water Treatment Equipment 500lph Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System

Aomi 500L reverse osmosis RO systems “CT-0.5T-M2 series” are a compact and energy-efficient reverse osmosis water purification system. Tap water, municipal water, and borehole water can be safely used for drinking after undergoing filtration, purification, and water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with drinking water standards. Our reverse osmosis equipment is capable of reaching incredibly high recovery rates.

Our water treatment equipment offers exceptional value for money, producing high-quality water at the lowest cost. With simple operation and quick startup—just one click to power on—it guarantees efficient and stable water quality solutions.

Work Flow: Raw Water Tank Feed Water Pump → Sand Filter →  Carbon Filter → Security Filter → High Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis System → Pure Water Tank

Based on different raw water conditions and specific customer requirements, the system configuration can be customized with alternative materials, components, and international or domestic brands to achieve optimal purification performance and operational efficiency.

What Is A Reverse Osmosis (RO) System?

reverse osmosis (RO) system is a pressure-driven water purification technology that forces feed water through a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved contaminants at the molecular level.

In an reverse osmosis filtration system, applied pressure overcomes natural osmotic pressure, driving water from a high-concentration brine stream across the membrane to a low-concentration permeate stream. The membrane rejects up to 99.7% of total dissolved solids (TDS), including:

  • Dissolved salts and minerals
  • Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, chromium)
  • Bacteria, viruses, and protozoa
  • Organic compounds and pesticides
  • Industrial chemicals and dyes

The membrane’s rejection threshold — typically below 0.0001 micron — makes RO fundamentally different from conventional media filtration. Where sand or carbon filters trap suspended particles by physical exclusion, a commercial RO water treatment system separates contaminants at the ionic level, producing high-purity permeate water suitable for critical industrial processes.

How RO Compares to Other Water Treatment Methods

Technology Filtration Precision Energy Cost Chemical Cost Typical Application
Reverse Osmosis < 0.0001 μm Moderate Low High-purity process water
Distillation High Very high Minimal Pharmaceutical WFI
Ultrafiltration (UF) ~ 0.01 μm Low Low Pretreatment, wastewater reuse
Ion Exchange (IX) Ionic level Low High (regeneration) Demineralization, softening

Industrial & Commercial Applications of Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System serve a broad spectrum of sectors where water quality directly impacts production outcomes:

  • Boiler feed water treatment — prevents scaling and corrosion in high-pressure steam systems
  • Pharmaceutical and medical water — meets USP purified water standards
  • Food and beverage processing — ingredient water, CIP rinse, and product formulation
  • Semiconductor and electronics — ultrapure water for wafer fabrication
  • Power generation — turbine-grade demineralized water
  • Desalination — seawater and brackish water RO systems for municipal or industrial supply
  • Chemical manufacturing — consistent process water quality batch to batch

Water Treatment Systems FAQ: Technical & Operational Insights

Get expert answers regarding our diverse range of water purification technologies, from Brackish Water RO and EDI systems to Ultrafiltration and Desalination solutions.

Q1
How do I choose the right industrial water treatment system for my facility?

Choosing the ideal industrial water treatment system depends on your feed water quality, required flow rate, and specific application (e.g., boiler feed, cooling towers, or pharmaceutical grade). Our experts recommend a comprehensive water analysis to design a customized filtration solution that ensures long-term efficiency and cost-savings.

Q2
What are the maintenance requirements for a commercial reverse osmosis (RO) system?

To ensure the longevity of a commercial reverse osmosis system, regular monitoring of pressure differentials and membrane cleaning (CIP) is essential. Typically, industrial RO membranes should be replaced every 2-5 years, depending on the pre-filtration efficiency and water hardness levels.

Q3
Do your water treatment systems comply with international environmental standards?

Yes, our systems are engineered to meet ISO, CE, and NSF standards. We prioritize sustainable water treatment technology, helping factories reduce wastewater discharge and achieve environmental compliance while optimizing operating costs.

Q4
Can you provide turnkey solutions for large-scale water purification plants?

Absolutely. As a leading water treatment manufacturer, we offer turnkey water purification plants including site assessment, system engineering, professional installation, and after-sales support for various industries globally.

Q5
What types of water treatment technologies do you offer for industrial applications?

We specialize in a comprehensive suite of technologies, including Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) for groundwater, Seawater Desalination systems (SWRO), and Ultrafiltration (UF) units for pre-treatment. For high-purity needs, we provide EDI (Electrodeionization) ultrapure water systems. We also supply high-quality water treatment components and accessories to ensure seamless system integration.

Q6
How do I determine which membrane technology (RO vs. UF) is suitable for my source water?

It depends on the target water quality. Ultrafiltration (UF) is ideal for removing suspended solids and bacteria (pre-treatment), while Reverse Osmosis (RO) is essential for removing dissolved salts and minerals. For industries requiring zero-ion water, such as power or electronics, we integrate EDI systems after the RO process for continuous deionization.

Q7
Can your desalination systems handle high-salinity brackish water or seawater?

Yes. Our seawater desalination reverse osmosis (SWRO) equipment is specifically designed with corrosion-resistant materials to handle high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels. Similarly, our brackish water RO systems are optimized for energy efficiency when treating salty well water or industrial process water.

Q8
Do you provide replacement parts and technical support for existing systems?

As a dedicated water treatment manufacturer, we maintain a large inventory of water treatment accessories, including RO membranes, filter housings, and control valves. We offer technical support for system upgrades and routine maintenance to ensure your water purification plant operates at peak performance.
